GCS developed a brand identity for tora, a clothing and lifestyle line. Influenced by the clean lines of Japanese design, tora is a made-to-order lifestyle brand specialising in considered and elegant aesthetics. Whether clothing, homeware or design tora is a platform for discovering identity.
The identity centered on ‘communal expression’, positioning tora as a canvas for collaboration. tora’s distinct logo channels a balance between a calligraphic influence and clean minimal typography, while across assets we made sure to include a purposeful mix of typographic styles. Our art direction focussed on a neutral, faded palette with hints of earthy pink and grey.
