Fra Fra, a social enterprise championing the artistry of Ghanaian basket weaving, partnered with us to elevate their brand presence and customer experience. While the core identity was already in place, we worked closely with the team to finesse and expand their brand system through a series of design activations.
We began with a collaborative workshop to align on strategy and storytelling before rolling out a suite of new assets — from swing tags and care cards to key visual posters. Central to this work was the creation of Fra Fra’s catalogue: a comprehensive piece blending product detail with rich storytelling. It celebrates the full journey of basket making, from grass growing in northern Ghana to the hands of the skilled weavers, while also highlighting the people, processes, and impact behind the brand.
The result is a cohesive set of brand touchpoints that not only guide customers through Fra Fra’s products but also immerse them in the narrative of craft, culture, and community that defines the business.
